About AAP: That's a party of activists, they are better outside the government in an agitating role, governing needs different skill sets and attitude. In short, I neither like their 'policies', nor I have faith in their ability to govern a state/country.

If you don't like their "policies", then that's your prerogative, however I'd like you to emphasize which policies you don't like and why? May be we both can educate each other!

However you are wrong saying they are activists, and better outside the govt, most great politicians were activists at the beginning. The state is governed by the bureaucrats, politicians are there to make decisions.

About Kejriwal: He is a hypocrite, his 'anti-corruption' and 'austerity' are just political stunts (proven), while everyone 'fakes' in politics, he goes on to point fingers at everyone else, it is moral dishonesty which I dislike more than anything else.

I kind of agree about the 'austerity' but no the 'anti-corruption' part. I'd have agreed with you if Kejriwal didn't walk the walk, however he did when he decided to make public all donation records and only accepting cheque, online transfer.

Consider this, in India we have a rule that if the donation to political is below 20 thousands, then political parties doesn't have to declare that, so political parties can easily divide millions in smaller denomination and don't have to declare it, and now consider this around 70/80 percent of total donations(and that's thousand of crores) to BJP and Congress are unknown and paid by cash.

Don't you think AAP has got it right and the present process needs to be changed? Even in countries like Nepal, political parties has to account for every penny, forget about USA, UK etc.

The Aam Aadmi Party walked into a fresh donation row two days before Delhi goes to the polls. The party’s website Thursday showed that a string of donations were made to the two-year-old outfit in the year 1900. This could be a technical glitch but all these contributions were earlier shown to have been made in December 2014.

HT has screenshots to show that the donation dates of at least 10 entries have been altered from December 24, 2014 to January 1, 1900. The receipt numbers and donors’ names remain unchanged.

For example, one Vishal Marwah of Delhi (Receipt MO1214397646) donated Rs. 19,900 on December 24, 2014. The website Thursday showed the donation date as January 1, 1900.

HT found that these entries — all of which are for Rs. 19,900 — seem to have been pushed back on the website and it takes some browsing before these show up. Section 29C of the Representation of the People Act, the law that governs the election process, requires all political parties to disclose donations in excess of Rs. 20,000 to the Election Commission, with names and addresses of the donors.........................
