I think you didn't get the gist of it. My main point was SCE200 is in advanced stages of development and a GSLV flight with this new engine can be had in next 2-3 years-- which in my view is immediate future.

The OP is making the list in 2017..........in 2-3 years i.e in 2019-20, if the OP updates this thread, or makes a new one and if GSLV flight is successful with SCE200 by then, then I think he will rank GSLV according to its capability at that time..............what's so difficult to understand here, even a child can understand this logic and you seem to be a learned person attending IIT seminars and talking to ISRO folks and all........
