The fact that IAF lost the battle to PAF in FEB' 2019 means one of following should be true

1) IAF ill trained than PAF

2) IAF's Russian equipment is inferior to PAF's Chinese & US equipment

3) Both of the above

And after Feb. 2019, a high-level Russian official visiting Pakistan, didn't hold back on his disappointment with how IAF performed with SU-30.

The question is if IAF were flying F-16s and PAF were flying SU-30MKI, would the result be any different?
