With 14 MNAs and dozens of MPAs in Karachi, I was expecting PTI to concentrate on the completion of the mass transit plan and water issues on a priority basis. Would love to see Karachi among the other major South Asian cities in fact better.

These newly paved roads look awful. I guess they’re better than nothing, but what Karachi really needs is mass transit. Buses, trams, trains, and subways.

We won't see this in our lifetime. You need the flags and gimmicks for the benefit of the uneducated voter.
