Let See How Amazing is Mathematics (1=2)

See guyz how I prove 2=1

Let,
x = y

x+x-x=y+y-y

2x-x=2y-y

2x-2y=x-y

2(x-y)=x-y

2=x-y/x-y

2=1

;)

we have to prove that 2=1

Let start
Let a=1 and b=1

so a=b

a*a=ab

a*a-b*b=ab-b*b

(a+b)(a-b)=b(a-b)

after cancelling (a-b) on both sides

(a+b)=b

(1+1)=1

2=1

hence proved.

hey according to u 2=1 and according to me 2+2=5 :-

¼ = ¼
=> ( ½ )2 = (- ½ )2
" 2 " is a sign of square .sorry i cant find it here in pdf so i have used this
=> { (5-4)/2 }2 = { (4-5)/2 }2
=> ( 5/2 – 4/2 )2= ( 4/2-5/2 )2
=> (5/2 – 2 )2= ( 2 - 5/2 )2
=> 5/2 – 2 = 2 – 5/2 on taking under root both sides
=> 2 + 2 = 5/2 + 5/2
=> 2 + 2 = 5

thn it means if 2=1 and 2+2=5
thnnnnn 1+1 = 5 :victory::victory::victory::victory::victory::victory::victory::victory:

problem is same , Here x=y (you stated before)
so x-y = o & 0/0 is Undefined.
so it false.

its not false, you don't know the exact value, you just know they are the same.

BEDMAS rule states that division comes before addition or subtraction.

What is the significance behind number 13 ?

I know: 13 is prime ;)
Just kidding!

Friday, February 13th shall be the doomsday i.e. Friday, 10th Muharram

I don't know much about this. But what i seen is that the feast usually occurs during 15 or 16th day after a death. If the relatives are too busy, I've seen people doing it in the 10th day or less than that.

huh?
haven't you heard of the 'teravhi' or the thirteenth day's feast after someone dies?

ANY BODY here know Why minus * minus = plus

i can give it a shot...
picture the number line...it has '0' in the middle...and negatives on the left side and the positives on the right...stretching upto - and + infinities respectively...
the rule is if you have to start from '1' or '-1' to reach the respective infinity...you need to progress to the next higher(in magnitude) integer...
so on the left side...-1 would have -2 on it's immediate left and would need another -1 to reach -2....and so on...remember that multiplication is repeated addition...so with similar signs...you approach a higher magnitude...that is i believe the reason for -*-=+...

No. Please explain.

well...in north india...when someone dies...on the thirteenth day there is a meal organized for the safe passage of the deceased soul and for his eternal peace...or some **** like that...
terahvi is a hindi word...

Well in south India, precisely in Kerala, its usually on the 16th day. But it can change .

terahvi is a hindi word..
I know.

its not false, you don't know the exact value, you just know they are the same.

BEDMAS rule states that division comes before addition or subtraction.

But Here you said
2(x-y)=(x-y)
Dividing both sides with (x-y) => 2=1

So
BEDMAS rule states that Do things in Brackets First

if x=8 y=4 so how you will calculate x-y/x-y

=>(8-4)/(8-4)=4/4=1

So When we reach at the step (x-y)/(x-y) it is undefined , so we can't carry on because x=y so 0/0=Undefined

we have to prove that 2=1

Let start
Let a=1 and b=1

so a=b

a*a=ab

a*a-b*b=ab-b*b

(a+b)(a-b)=b(a-b)

after cancelling (a-b) on both sides

(a+b)=b

(1+1)=1

2=1

hence proved.

This is separate case in which the formula fails :cheers:

New Challenge :

I can Prove 1=2 by another way

Let X & Y where x!=y

so
(x-y)^2 = (y-x)^2 Because if (1-2)^2 = (2-1)^2 =>1=1

=>Dividing both sides with 4

=>{(x-y)/2}^2 ={(y-x)/2}^2

=>(x/2-y/2)^2 = (y/2-x/2)^2

=>Sqrt both sides gives

=>x/2-y/2=y/2-x/2

=>x/2+x/2 = y/2+y/2

=>x=y

Hence 1=2
