we have to prove that 2=1

Let start
Let a=1 and b=1

so a=b

a*a=ab

a*a-b*b=ab-b*b

(a+b)(a-b)=b(a-b)

after cancelling (a-b) on both sides

(a+b)=b

(1+1)=1​


2=1

hence proved.
 
I think you are weak in Maths, or Forget about Formula :

a*a - b*b = (a+b)(a-b)

Check ..

What he is saying is correct.

(a+b)(a-b)=b(a-b)
If a=b at this stage, then it is
(1 +1) * 0 = 1 * 0

which is 0 =0.

You cannot divide 0 or both sides by cancelling (a-b).

Why you putting Values at the middle ?
I proved (a+b)=b Thats Matter ..

if you do not sustitute given values for a and b how do you get

a*a=ab
you cant multiply/divide '0' to a non zero number in equality/inequality in math.

so while
a*a-b*b=ab-b*b =>(a+b)(a-b)=b(a-b)

(a+b) * (a-b) != b * (a-b) (since a=b and a !=0 and b !=0)

WRONG. First of all, U CAN NOT EQUATE TWO DIFFERENT NUMBERS WITHOUT THE PRESENCE OF A VARIABLE.PERIOD

What u basically saying is

Let a=1 and b=1

so 1=1

1*1=1*1

1-1=1-1

0=0(derivation stops right here. bcoz it prooves the fact that a=b)

Since u have given the value at the begining to a and b then u r responsible to stop deriving it right at where it becomes Zero.

ie, (a+b)(a-b)=b(a-b)
(a+b)x0=bx0
0=0

Now, if i were to give u an equation a^2-b^2=ab-b^2 without giving any values to a and b then u can solve like (a+b)=b. ie, a=0. which means what ever u add to 0 gives the number u added.

Now if i set the condition a=1, b=1 and give u to solve the same quation,a^2-b^2=ab-b^2, then u will endup with

0=0

In otherwards, u have to make a proper question for us to solve if there is something to solve (in this case nothing). But i respect ur curiosity.

You are negating what you have said before .

if a=1 & b=1

so as you stated above
(1+1)*(1-1)=1*(1-1)
0=0

so why (a+b) * (a-b) != b * (a-b) ?

When I stated it i knew it, Here concept is wrong but way of showing was Right.

Solve by factorization

9x(sqr)-6x-8=0 |9*8=72

=9x(sqr) -12x-6x-8=0

=3x(3x-4)-2(3x-4)=0

= (3x-4) (3x-2) proved

Can you please provide a link because all the links suggest that he was tried in a court on the 18th and then taken to an island on the Siene and burned

Even if he was executed on the 13th, what is the significance of the number in religions.
