Great work.

But escapees really cannot be tolerated. I know it's easy to say this sitting on my desk and the tactically situation on the ground is very fluid --- still, we need to continuously push for even better ambushes to ensure nobody gets away.

HEIKHUPURA: Four terrorists including the chief of banned terrorist outfit Lashkar-e-Jhangvi (LeJ) were killed by the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) in an alleged encounter near Sheikhupura late Wednesday night, a CTD spokesperson confirmed.

Fake encounters.

If any person committed any crime he should be sent to jail, charged properly, prosecuted in court and served with deserved sentence.

We need to modernize our judicial system and no one must be above law and people should get justice efficiently. The laws need to be updated and millions of cases hanging in courts for decades which if centrally updated can sort out in weeks.

Lej is a potential threat intelligence agencies should step up their efforts to root out every single terrorist from Pakistan .. One thing I don't understand what went wrong with our security forces when they allowed these rats to enter our country??? Why didn't we killed TTP and other terror groups when they were developing? ... Our govt isn't proactive in security matters ..

Do you have any idea what the LeJ is?

Do you have any idea what the LeJ is?

I'm sure he does --- and he has a good point.

Of course, in the current state of affairs, our courts complain that the police/agencies don't have enough proof to convict someone; and the police/agencies complain that the courts don't have the balls to convict hardcore terrorists. Only long-term reform will fix this, and it's easier said than done.

Till then, terrorists will meet fiery ends.
