Russia is a 700 year old nation. What makes you think it will go away just because Americans wish so? It is far more likely that Russia will continue to exist in one or another form, than it vanishing. They are a sturdy people adapted for harsh conditions.

Atleast the Indians simping for Russia, they get something in return for Russia, and b/c the US needs India against China, it doesn't say anything to India, while Russian simping Pakistanis draw unneeded flak from the US, b/c Pakistan isn't as needed for the US anymore as India, in the new geopolitical alignment. Ironically All this Russia simping and Russia still has no interest in selling Pakistan weaponry in fear of losing India as a customer, and Russia isn't likely to choose Pakistan over India, and yet these Pakistani simps still go simping for Russia, and against Ukraine no less, a country that actually sells it Defense supplies and weapons and makes the engines for the drones they are buying from Turkey.

I understand staying neutral, which was the correct move for Pakistan, there is no need for Pakistan to be in any camp and an independent policy is probbaly best. but outright simping for Russia like some paksitanis are doing, and cheering it on makes no geopolitical sense. Russia isn't going to be besties with you, it just doesn't see you as valuable as its relationship with India.

Pakistanis like most of the developing countries in the world have an interest in seeing the decline of the blackmail based world order led by the US. And Russia is challenging that. We are rooting for the underdog. We don't want to live in a world where America is free to destroy countries just by sanctioning them, or bomb countries with no repercussion. If Russia is able to subdue Europe, it will be a great blow to American hegemony and pave way for a multi-polar world. Hopefully the inflation and lack of gas in winter will knock some sense into the European slaves of the Empire.
