Mr. Sergei said it right. And Mr. BBC who was all so concerned about Russia been seen as criminal should cast his eye on his own former prime minister Tony B'liar who along with chum George Bush jr were designated war criminals in 2011 by the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Commission and are wanted on international arrest warrant.
Indeed.
Soviet-aligned India ? India was never truly on the side of the USSR and then Russia, right from the participation of Indian army alongside NATO in Korea War where India and NATO were aligned against USSR, North Korea and China; then to Iraq invasion of 2003 when the Indian government and army were ready at any minute to send 17,000 soldiers to Iraq to fight alongside USA, Britain, Poland, Australia etc; then to the Libyan Jamahiriya invasion of 2011 which Russia opposed and where Indian air force officials happily watched gun camera vids of British Typhoon jets bombarding Gaddafi's Bal al Azizia compound; then to Russian operation in Ukraine where "Russia's traditional fraand Indian establishment" didn't even vote in support of Russia in UNO's NATO-passed resolutions against Russia, let alone Indian military going to Ukraine in support of Russia. And just a few days after the Ukraine operation started the State Bank of India ( government-managed ) forbade any transactions through its systems for any NATO / EU sanctioned Russians. While there many Indians like me who support Russia the Indian establishment and most of the media doesn't support Russia at present and ideologically. Indian society in general being a 3000-year-old extremely Capitalist oppressive and unjust culture will be of course aligned with NATO.
I think
@Dalit means the Western bloc and he's true. As example please read above.
Putin says EU is an American colony.
I used to listen to BBC World Service radio on my shortwave two-in-one for years and enjoyed it despite its occasional propaganda against anti-NATO countries but when in 2010 my radio started breaking down more than I could keep it working I listened to the station on internet until the beginning of 2011 when BBC's propaganda against Libyan Jamahiriya and Syria became too obscene I competely stopped listening.
"Mard-e-Momin" Zia ul Haq, then dictator / oppressor of Pakistan, didn't defeat the USSR. That is a mythology spread by Pakistani nationalists. Zia was a NATO proxy because he was a Tableegh Jamaati and in NATO's war against the Communist governance in Afghanistan and the USSR Zia came of help to NATO by becoming the conduit to transfer thousands of regressives and psychopaths from all over the world going into Afghanistan to destroy the progressive governance there but his own position in Pakistan wasn't permanent. Neighboring India's prime minister Rajiv Gandhi would have helped Zia to get back into power in case Zia was overthrown by Pakistani Communists and Socialists and this because Rajiv didn't want USSR's influence to spread from Afghanistan to next Pakistan which would have propably enthused Indian Communists to attempt to takeover Indian goverance which would have led to civil war with the Western-bloc-oriented Indian establishment fighting against the Indian Communists who would have been helped by the USSR and by the Afghan and Pakistani leftists.
