Laughter Yoga Is A Real Thing In Iran, And It Looks Hilarious

It is very real. Not just laughter but there are hundreds of body postures. They are to increase blood flow, increase flexibility and agility of the body and connect the mind with the body as one.

There is an exercise for example that I do called sheershasana (head exercise). You basically fold your elbow joints across your head area and stand upside down for as long as you can.

This is actually pretty tough for beginners but once learnt it clears your mind so well. You remain positive all day and happy.
Thanks, interesting.
Would you recommend any specific website or web source for learning it? I mean Yoga

Yoga can be painful. I usually exercise at gym for 45 minutes to an hour daily without problems. I once attended a yoga session with my wife at her insistence. After 20 minutes I was splashed out and trying to figure which part of my body was my head and which part was my legs :D

.
Its common here in Nagpur in morning we also laugh by seeing them

Thanks, it's about 2 years that I am going to aerobic classes, unfortunately it is turning to be not as interesting and funny as it was in the beginning, hence I am considering different subjects.
There is a something like Yoga classes but with different name I can't remember right now, that I went some days ago, frankly it didn't seem interesting at least in the first glance, I can say if there is anything quite opposite to aerobic, it is Yoga for sure.
But people around are really praising the stuff so I am considering for taking classes.

Do Vipassana once . It will change your perspective a great deal . Yoga is mostly a physical exercise( in today's terms) . Vipassana is looking inwards , in your mind , heart and soul .

There is nothing wrong with being religious.
There is everything wrong with being religious.Religions promote superstitions, divide people, gives them false sense of solace, encourages escapism etc etc.OK let us leave it here.I am glad iranis are doing yoga

Depends on religion !

For example Satanism & atheism !

No comment on religious Satanist !

About atheism ... atheist means non believer !

But not exactly ... They believe in everything except God !

They are worshiping their physical body , food , sex , women (!) , money , etc

If you are talking about stamina, yeah it is a part of my job. Traveling into the most desolate regions of the world to investigate sites before the anchors of the show come, we have to make sure everything is in place.

As for fat, we guys from northeast part of India have an oriental build. We don't naturally pile fats like other indians from the plains, coast, and inlands.

Just Google and see sikkimese or any other people from northeastern India.

Hinduism is the majority religion in Sikkim, with 60.9% of the population adhering to the religion.[4] Buddhism forms a large minority with 28.1% of the population following the religion.[4] Christians form 6.7% of the population,[4] consisting mostly of people of Lepcha origin, converted to the faith after British missionaries came in the 19th century.
