Laughter Yoga Is A Real Thing In Iran, And It Looks Hilarious

Yes, While taking a morning walk, try to follow a group of men (50-65 years). Just walk a few meters behind them and watch them. After a few steps one of them will stop and let out a fart (smaller or bigger) and then he will move on. After sometime another one will stop and the process goes on. It increases after taking a cup of tea......:D

More like an instrumental concert ! :unsure:
 
Vipassana seems to work. I know a number of people who do it and seem to have clearly benefitted from it. Though I have personally not yet felt motivated to do so.
I have been a practitioner of other (maybe simpler) forms of meditation. My favorite was a form of meditation which took up just 20 mts of my time at lunch-time during a working day. That was enough to fall into a wakeful sleep (which I'm told is called Yogic-Nidra or Yogic Sleep) which made me fully refreshed, even more than the morning waking up.

Ironically, I tried that only because I wanted to show that the idea was bunkum...........apart from that, I liked that the fact that it had no religious overtones.

Speaking to many people, I have come to the conclusion that Yoga, if believed in, would really work.
And, that Yogic sleep, seems cool, but this option is not needed for me personally, because, it would not take me more than 3 mins to fall into a deep sleep, whenever I decide to. LOL.

Lol. This Yogic-Sleep thing is not for victims of insomnia!
Its just a quick way of relaxing, and a much deeper relaxation than sleep. But its a wakeful sleep, where the Mind is able make out things and even hear sounds around; but the Mind switches off and can decide what it needs to wake up for......if at all.

And as I said earlier; the funny thing is that it worked for me in spite of the fact I was disbelieving when I started out to try it. I have never got over that fact.....LOL.
