Does President Alvi have the authority to pardon IK, or is that not a power of the president of Pakistan. Ok his way out the door, and not expecting to hold any office ever again, couldn’t Alvi have pardoned IK of all crimes, alleged or convicted of?
Btw, if all politicians are out but some kind of hybrid system is to remain, what kind of social contract is being made with the public?
