Back in early 2011, an article was published by the Institute for Science and International Security stating that Pakistan had the capability to produce thermonuclear weapons:

https://isis-online.org/isis-report...nuclear-weapons-time-for-pakistan-to-rever/12

Since then, not much else has been revealed about Pakistan's nuclear weapons capability. What sort of Nuclear Weapons we possess, the yields of our devices or further development capabilities.

I have been searching the internet for the latest news regarding Pakistan's Nuclear Weapons but havn't found anything major. Does anybody have the latest? If so, please share/discuss.

. . . . . . .
Since Modi is tamed, muzzled and collard we have decided to live in peace with Harmey Hari Ram. All peace bro.
Lets not discuss these sensitive things here please, we are living in the era of the soft power other wise we are seen as war mongers.
At the mean time sing Hari Christna and when the time comes we will show then our ding dong. All peace and love to all.

Do you think that anybody would reveal such a sensitive information in a forum full of international agents. I don't think you would get any info from here. The only info you will get is from ISPR.

Agreed. But there is not even any rumours anymore like there was from 1998 to 2011. The level of secrecy has exponentially risen.

Obviously Pakistan is adding more sophisticated and higher yield weapons to its arsenal like most nuclear powers. Pakistan adheres to the principle of minimum nuclear detterence. One could argue that having higher yield nukes would be in the best interest of Pakistan. Especially when Pak is facing a much bigger enemy.

Apart from that I would rate the Nasr tactical nuke capability as the biggest recent achievement. The Western nations always used to doubt Pakistan's ability to produce miniaturized warheads. We all remember the reaction of Western nations once Pakistan inducted Nasr. They were left red-faced, angry and dumbstruck. The American reaction was in particular enjoyable. Nasr was essentially Pakistan's answer to all the doubters.

Pakistan appears to have significantly multiplied its capacity to produce plutonium from Khushab Nuclear Complex. The amount of fissile material produced till date & still being produced is secret & will continue to be so. The number of warheads produced is similarly kept secret & will continue to be so. Best you can get is SIPRI's estimations/guesstimations. It is my guess, at this stage, that Pakistan indeed has the capacity and capability to develop a thermonuclear bomb. However, given the fact that no test of thermonuclear yield device has yet taken place the credibility of making any claims would be dubious, but cautionary.

The best thing that Bhuto did for his nation was going nuclear. How is the guy seen in today's Pakistan? Is he considered a hero?

. .
Bhutto was a charismatic leader with flaws. His daughter was corrupt and married a guy who even steals fingers.
So, basically his daughter ruined the good reputation of her father?

Who do you think was the best president of Pakistan in recent decades?

I believe American levermore institute estimated Pak nukes of upto 600 kt yield that's a 2 stage thermonuclear or large boosted fission device kind of like Russian layer cake bomb Google
Btw nk also tested around 300 kt device so if world says we have given em nuclear technology then we would have bigger ones

Btw boosted fission r considered intermediate between h and a bombs using Fusion to boost fission yield
