What an irony,
We India and Pakistan are two sons of a mother today these nations( china,us etc) using us against each other to fulfill thair own goals...

I know its hard for you to digest. Stature of India in world stage is wayy wayy higher than Pakistan can ever imagine.

Even if USA hadn't supported us, we would have got it within 4-5 years on our own. A known nuclear proliferator like Pakistan will never get this membership without China's backing. Tell me how many countries back Pakistan's candidature? Compare it with India. You will get a clear picture.

No it is the USA calling the shots..


Or India is the 51st state of USA.

1. Pakistan is a responsible Nuclear State, and Pakistan deserve to be in the NSG (Don't bring India here or any comparison)

2. Should the list should also include Iran and N. Korea into NSG.

If a nation qualifies for NSG membership, then there is no reason why it shouldn't join. NK doesn't qualify for the same reasons that India and Pakistan don't qualify, they haven't signed the NPT and continue to produce nuclear weapons at an alarming rate.

Iran does qualify now, and if it sends a application, then there is no reason not to allow membership.

As it is, exemptions shouldn't be made, otherwise you just weaken the group and render it pointless. If an exemption is made for India, the same exemption should be made for Pakistan, as they're both on the same boat.

If both where in the same boat,Pakistan would not have been asking US for a similar nuclear agreement.

You wants exemption for Pakistan also -- its OK, but for entry, my question is that don't you need the nod of all 48 members of NSG group, and just the nod of China is all needed.

You fail to understand --- China wants India, to sign NPT before joining NSG, which India rejected, but most of the country except China and few more don't support India, and gives the reason NPT. But for Pakistan even if non signatory of NPT points is made exeption for Pakistan also, then it needs the nod of not of China but all the countries in the group, but China instead wants Pakistan in.

Pakistan knew it very well that it cannot get inside NSG, but its only playing the Chinese card to take an advantage, and Sartar Aziz statement that Pakistan qualify more than India, is very funny and baseless statement.
