PAF missed the table just by one spot, I believe we're nr.11 with 420 combat jets.
PN is somewhere in the bottom half of the top 20 but we'll rise a few places by 2015 when the modernisation is completed.

I think Pakistan if it can, should decrease the forces level further, and i am pretty sure thats what they are trying to do.
