Large scale operation launched by Army in Lakki Marwat

Put 300k troops on the border and 300k troops on the other side of KPK and push in and push out to Afghanistan with tactical nukes on paktia, kunar and khost and this war will finish within a month.
😂😂😂😂

Bro thinks this is a video game.

You know how will that be. We need to to hit Indians on their turf. This war has been this long because we have been reluctant/ scared...
This barely has anything to do with Indians, these groups are acting from their own will and India is helping wherever possible. India isn't the real problem.

You have to tackle the narrative and support base of these groups. Then go after their handlers.

Wars don't take that linear path that we wish. The second paragraph of your reply is exactly what we have been doing for the past two decades, and Indians had everything to do with it. Thousands of us have died yet not one casualty for the Indians, what more would they pray for.

Pakistan currently has approx 650k+ active personnel. You are asking for 600k of that 650k personnel to be deployed at Afghanistan. Bit of am overkill you don't think? As well as leaving Pakistan very vulnerable to enemy attacks?

He always seems very full of anger and pretty irrational when it comes to these things

Let him be lol

for that, he needs to become truly apolitical and GOP/establishment together must hold a free and fair election
this is important too and can be seen as a "step" but this alone won't turn the public to their side

"must"

"should"

These aren't strategies.

Change will only come through fear of consequences and raising the cost for the perpetrators (whether that means bad generals or the enemy). Power only understands power.

The fact that the Pakistan Army/ISI allowed this presence of the TTP to build up, so that it is "now" forced to prune their numbers - is part of the problem of what is wrong with the PA and it's command and leadership. Maybe that is the whole point of the perpertual Pakistan Army/ISI destablisation of Pakistan strategy ?

This operation is a not a success, but a failure of the Pakistan Army/ISI/Establishment for allowing this problem to regrow and exist in those areas and being totally ignorant of it while they all "focus on building their personal portfolios of Defence House Authorities, and other land grab schemes!" ..

If the Pakistan Army/Establishment were doing their jobs properly - then this operation infact would not have been needed.

Right, you are. Their over-indulgence in politics and corrupt practices have tarnished them.

Where are the drones and why have machine guns not been installed on drones

A fully manned border with a concrete wall and armed drone coverage will fix your issue but your funds are limited.

Afghans want access to the sea and they will not stop unless you are proactive on the border.

Bite the bullet, move out FC and bring in troops and drones. Up the defence budget by a billion if you have to.

All goods destined for Afghanistan, land in Pakistan duty-free, are then smuggled back into Pakistan via the un-fenced areas of the border again in Pakistan.

All goods smuggled from Pakistan into Afghanistan and Central Asian states also cross the border through unfenced areas..

This cost Pakistan billions per year in loss revenue not to mention Jobs, but Fully fencing the border means big losses to People who want to buy Islands in the west.
