the city is a God darn mess infact its a nightmare

then shouldnt development focus on the city and not just the roads....You do know roads arent the ONLY thing that makes a city? Have you seen London roads? They are bloody narrow at places same goes for Rome and Florence or even some areas of Helsinki or Stockholm! Yet the cities have sewage, have proper hospitals have rights to study ...NOW THAT IS DEVELOPMENT!

200 million+ population, earning above 50% for Pakistan, giving 60%+ tax to federal Govt.

Federal Govt should start this if provincial Govt. is impotent.

As for hum kuch mil rahay ki baat...well if they didnt eat 100 bn we would have a better school system, some more budget for fixing electricity so we can pay back loans and not appear poor!

LOL is Federal Gov making Mass transit in Punjab? please read 18th amendment again and again.. who's stopping PPP in sindh to make mass transit systems? they were in Federal from 2008 to 2013

India is probably the poorest country in the world but they are building like 10 Metros in their cities. Transport is a fundamental right like Education and Health Care. If rich people can get subsidies on Petrol for their cars, why can't poor people get subsidies for their transport ?

Yes really.
All the developed countries mainly focused on basic needs of lives, such as, health, food, and shelters before building the luxury roads.
Is this the need of Pakistan right now?
People are living even below the poverty lines, dying because of no oxygen masks and we are spending millions of millions on roads?
