We need to change laws as well as the system and judges. NA assembly needs to legislate laws against corruption with no bail above certain amount. People who want bail must deposit the amount they are charged with stealing. We need to go away from these obsolete British era laws and judicial system.

We need to move to American style court system where you are given the court date and the entire case is heard with in the specified period and judgment given within weeks. That’s all we need .

As for the agricultural tax what we need before that is land reforms. We need to eliminate wadera and zamindar system. I am not talking about imposing taxes on small farms but rather in large landlords. We need to change our agriculture model to modern industrial style with emphasis on storing and packaging products so people are not dependent on buying produce daily. It requires life style change but for the right price we can convince people to buy tomatoes paste rather than fresh tomatoe.

My family is a big industry owners in Pakistan and we had some family dispute over one factory in Pakistan. We used connections and went as far up as one can imagine short of IK.
We received a message few months back telling us to go to the court no more sifarish from any minister .

Times have changed.... I swear with Nawaz we could buy any one any time and now we are running around in courts.

Lol fair enough brother. I must have made a blunder in my post then. I have been ringing people in Pakistan though and they are complaining that all prices have gone high and they are struggling. Cant say much about that then.

And I didnt mean stopping money laundering will increase forex reserves but it will benefit our economy. If the same money is kept in our banks or invested in our nation then that will benefit us. It's like if we have money in our houses and we throw it in the river but then beg people for food and money.

What is your opinion on Pakistan economy and improvements. Do you believe our inflation will come down from 10% and our forex reserves will increase in a few years time, are we on the right path to decrease unwanted imports and increasing our export market.
