• This verdict is the biggest backstab on nation of Pakistan

Common Sense:

• Pakistan has local Hospitals and Doctors
• The reports and medical checks should be done by Federal appointed doctors
• Criminal has no right to appoint their own "preferred" clinics and doctors
• A man who has charges of embezzlement of Millions is to be not trusted
• His sons have escaped the country on similar promise of return who never returned back
• We have normal clinics, We have hospitals, We have private hospitals, we even have cancer and heart clinics. We have thousands of doctors graduates
• Why does a criminal, who should be in Prison allowed to go to a foreign country? What happened to the investigation that run for 5 years ??? How much money was wasted to get him into prison to release him for mere 20,000 rupee application, $20 dollar application, a rediculous figure

Corrupt Lahore High Court Judges:

• "NAWAZ" criminal interest > Interest of Pakistani People and country
• Money was never recovered for Taxes unpaid by him and his sons never returned money stolen from Pakistan

• "NAWAZ" criminal is an innocent baby, that needs top care overseas

• "NAWAZ" criminal can be trusted like his buddy Ishaq Dar, like his sons who left Pakistan Nation with Promise to return if NAB asks them to come back and testify in courts or face trial

• "NAWAZ" criminal is a saint, and his welfare is more important than people of Pakistan and country known as Pakistan itself

• "NAWAZ" criminal was some sort of reformist , a man who gave 10 million jobs to people , but in reality, he bankrupted Pakistan's economy 3 Times

Judiciary needs to be reformed but I highly doubt Imran Khan is able to do this. Pakistan has a 3 tier system. Government, military and Judiciary. If the government tries to intervene then judges and lawyers will cause havoc.

If you ever attend the weddings of waderas in Pakistan you will see all corrupt political leaders, judges, police officers and bureaucrats enjoying the meals together, behind the scenes they all know each other and that is why they protect each other. Even ex army generals attend these weddings and have good relations with these people.

I have no doubt we will slowly make progress on all the above fronts but first and the most important thing is to fix the economy.

We must not start war on too many fronts. First go after traders and businesses who have a habit of scamming and stealing taxes .... let them do their randi Rona but once they realize (and they have) that the government means business they will change. Once the economy is stabilized then slowly expand tax base and agriculture must be brought under tax net.
With increased revenues finally IK can start his social reforms with health care, education and welfare schemes.
Once people start to see the results and feel the difference only and only then move against judiciary.
This ulcerated and cancerous tumour needs radical surgery and must be decapitated and shredded into pieces . They are the one biggest reason of our down fall. Without justice there will never be any progress at all.
IK right now is politically weak as he doesn’t have strong majority in the NA and is at the mercy of target killers and Zamindars.
Perhaps we have to wait till next elections before we see judges behind the bar .

So far pti government is making the life miserable for the poor and middle/working class. The rich are still enjoying themselves except a few famous politicians. You may think I am speaking against pti but ask the Pakistani public who work hard to earn Rs500 a day. I really hope next year the inflation comes down to similar level as our neighbouring countries. Currently it is around 10% to 12%. It needs to come down to atleast half of that.

The forex reserves are only 15Billion (mostly loan money) and before we know it we will be approaching IMF and world bank again.

Can anyone share any progress pti government has made in order to stop money leaving Pakistan through illegal channels. What is the point borrowing 5 Billion from IMF whilst 5 Billion(example) leaves our nation through illegal means.

It doesn’t work at all that way.

We need to change laws as well as the system and judges. NA assembly needs to legislate laws against corruption with no bail above certain amount. People who want bail must deposit the amount they are charged with stealing. We need to go away from these obsolete British era laws and judicial system.

We need to move to American style court system where you are given the court date and the entire case is heard with in the specified period and judgment given within weeks. That’s all we need .

As for the agricultural tax what we need before that is land reforms. We need to eliminate wadera and zamindar system. I am not talking about imposing taxes on small farms but rather in large landlords. We need to change our agriculture model to modern industrial style with emphasis on storing and packaging products so people are not dependent on buying produce daily. It requires life style change but for the right price we can convince people to buy tomatoes paste rather than fresh tomatoe.

IK took one day off in 14 months or so before these two days off. He works seven days and this wouldn’t be a news if Sharif was in power... Nawaz worked one day in the entire year.

Again not true . Gallop survey and even Finch global report said IK is massively popular. If I was uneducated struggling Pakistani I would still support IK for he has not stolen a dollar and is going after the mafias no one in Pakistan dreams of going after :
