FSD should me made bigger so that people from rural areas near FSD can migrate to urban areas as you said to make space for farming etc. New uni's and colleges should also be opened up in FSD for people from rural areas it will be easier to attract them this way imo. @Hell hound @Zibago

The census is wrong, go to both Karachi and Lahore, and it's very obvious that the populations are nowhere near.

No offence to Lahore, which I think is very well developed, but it's a very, very small city when compared to Karachi. The census is wrong, for whatever reason

Lahore's population isn't close to Karachi though, whatever the Census says. Just go to both cities.

Lahore is much, much better developed, Karachi has grown and grown with no management, and a lot of those are people who never get a CNIC and who won't show up in any census.
