Give me a 10 point agenda for your revolt.
1. Restoration of national honour, trust and dignity. Equality of citizens and abolition of all castes and fedual lordship - by force if necessary. No more sardars, chaudhry and waderas. Land ceiling and reforms to be introduced. All surplus land to be confiscated and distributed among landless poor. Free access to high tech agri resources for small farmers. Target to boost agri output by 200% in five years using modern agriculture technology.
2. Restoring peace, stability and credibility. No more lame concessions and excuse for tribal backward-ism. Mandatory free education up to diploma level for all citizens.
3. Strengthening of state security and top to bottom reforms in LEA's. Formation of new branches for domestic intelligence under provincial authority. Modular and computerized police force system integrating latest technology, CCTV's, face recognition, citizen awareness by SMS, etc. GSM operations should be integrated with police networks to broadcast urgent crime news in specific areas at the time of crime so culprits can be point out and caught much faster.
4. End of Forex and Dollar dominated economy, Pakistan is a resource rich country which has hosted some of the wealthiest civilizations on earth for thousands of years and no reason it cannot do it now.
5. End to foreign interference in domestic economy and politics. No to foreign aid and IMF or World Bank handout. Separation of state and religion. End of gender discrimination and violence against women. Ban on all religious, linguistic and ethnical parties by force if necessary. Exiled persons cannot take part in national politics and so do dual and foreign citizenship holders. Countries which provided refugee to wanted fugitives and financial crime convicts will have their diplomats house arrested and their immunity invalidated.
6. Ban on export of essential raw materials and produce. Millions of people are going hungry and equal numbers are homeless while national infrastructure is in shambles yet we keep exporting our wheat and cement to earn forex reserves. While Pakistan earned its independence from Britain on 14 August 1947, the remains of British resource exploitation through forex dominated banking system is still an iron collar around our neck.
7. Reduction of industrial taxes to 10% and personal income taxes to 5% but expanding tax net to cover everyone. Only 0.9 Million people out of 180 Million pay their due share of taxes which is pathetic. 15 Years imprisonment and confiscation of business for tax evaders. Higher limits of tax free incomes for SME owned by widows and retired personals. Building a talent-competitive FDI destination rather than exploitation of cheap labor to full fill disposables demand at WalMart. Capital and investments should be put to serve the needs of people and not people being exploited to richen select few enjoying their lives in raiwind, larkana, london, dubai and USA.
8. Iron fist measures to ending corruption. All wealth hoarded in Swiss banks to be confiscated and returned to national treasury. All politicians, mullahs, Taliban and anti-state elements like Hamir Mir, Mullah Bradar, and Paracha will be put on public trial and executed by firing squad. Tribals should fix their act and integrate into society or find a new home in Afghanistan. We are a state of civilized people and there is no space for cavemen.
9. Tough foreign policy with regard to Kashmir and Afghanistan. Massive expansion of indigenous military industry and re-armament to face two front threat. Formation of regional power and trade block and non-aggression pact with all neighboring countries. Paid military conscription for all able bodies men & women. Those who do not qualify for military will be placed into police and para-military forces. Pakistan should be a neutral state in all world conflicts and accord full diplomatic recognition to all UN member states.
10. Self sufficiency in energy and fuel by strong R/D to utilize waste land for growing various fuel crops. To cut down oil imports by 50% in ten years by developing indigenous alternative fuels. Building strong and tolerant culture which should be capable to resist "Indianisation" of Pakistan while project strong national identity and recognition in rest of South Asia, Central Asia and GCC.
