You do know with that logic you are opening up for a civil war between Kurds and Turks. Not only in Kurdistan and Turkey but in the rest of the world - Europe too - right? With that logic, I could say that any member of MIT or the turkish army and their affiliates are potential members of the turkish terror state and thus it is legal to kill them. I am just speaking the reality. Majority of the people you see in those pictures are demonstrations inside Kurdish cities in turkey. They could have had every reason to wave the turkish flag. Instead they choose to wave ''illegal'' flags and many of them risk getting imprisoned or met by other kind of police intervention or being fined. Would they have had any reasons to not wave the turkish flag if they actually had the same rights and they actually felt a brotherhood with turks? Obviously not. But since there is a rift, mostly between Kurds and the turkish state ( and not so much between Kurds and Turks), it is pretty clear that they do not favour the turkish state thus not waving its flag.

When you look at those pictures as a Turk, what you might feel is just anger/despise/whatever and think that these are just '' a couple of hundred of PKK supporters''. From a neutral point of view it is, however, quite problematic for the turkish state that there exist millions of people who would not even wave the turkish flag even if they were paid to do so. Don't you see the problem in that?
