Those in "Very high human development" meaning above 0.8, are in the same group, they is nearly no diffrence. it's like putting 3 categories like Top -middle and Bottom

As for those inside that" Very high human development" you will find Israel AND -> Qatar/ UAE / Saudi/ Kuwait/Bahrain/ with a 0.040 in differences... meaning nothing...

In The End those Gulf are THE SAME HDI as ISRAEL...
