What's new

It's just PETA's wish, and with good donations, they have set up some infrastructure in many cities to take care of such forsaken animals as they see fit. They haven't done anything unconstitutional, so how are they bothering you? Have they unlawfully prevented the authorities from carrying out their duty? Provide proof that PETA was somehow responsible for the death of a Human and then sermonize me about lack of money and what not.

this post is a testament that u don't know jack about whats the reality,,,i do.
i see ppl dying from rabies every month due to the stupid peta follower maneka gandhi

@Indischer This fool of a beautician used to patronize some strays and would even let out blankets in the winter so they ended up camped outside her parlor, well the doctor who ran the clinic next to the parlor didn't appreciate it one bit, one day the strays just disappeared and not even the guards knew what had happened to them. The doctor was rather smug for the whole month afterwards while the beautician whaled at him.

AHEMMM.. PETA endorses stonewalling of any cancer drug tests on animals.

PETA Should Rethink Its Campaign Against Animal Research : The Intersection

This is a anthropocentric world, a humano-centric one in fact, let these hippi wonks cry me a river. I'd like to see them stop us, we've systematically dealt with all the strays that once polluted our colony.[/quote]

As long as the law of the land does not agree with them, they're powerless to do anything about it. Their view about the pre-eminence of Man on this planet is different, and I happen to share some of their concerns as well. If in the course of their activities, they get overzealous, there are always Humans in Police uniforms to take care of them.

Regarding the bold part, be kind enough to inform He Man about how powerless PETA was in stopping it. It's the same throughout the country, really.

Hippocratic oath does not cover animals. :D But how did he manage to get rid of them with such stealth?:o:

No proof to back up that allegation, as far as we are concerned they decided to go away on their own.

So you finally agree that to each his own. That's all I wanted you to understand for a dozen pages now.:D

 Mongrels aren't so easy to get rid of. The Doc must've hired some supari killers.

Couldn't agree more with you on that.

ps: I don't cook non-veg. I eat them only if they're already cooked by someone. Invite me when you're done. :D

Or as I speculated, ran over them in the dead of the night, they would congregate under the blankets at one particular spot near the curb, easy to run them over in one go and a SUV is unlikely to leave any chance of a maimed mongrel yowling as it dies. Although lord alone knows how he'd get rid of carcasses in such a hypothetical scenario.

Very unlikely that a Doc could be that cruel. Must've invited them all inside his clinic in the pretext of snacks and drugged them. What say? :what: Might even have severed their jugulars just to be doubly sure.

Who knows, they disappeared, buggers used to run across the street and into our colony regularly, now they don't- and we're happy for that, the doctor did see his clinic's business boosted too..who know..perhaps there is some weird correlation.
