Yes, maybe we might make a combination of Zipkin and current Korkut platforms in the future.(?) It might be also good option.Korkut and similar AA-Guns are point defense, last line.
The reason I asked that question was because I thought that the plan was building the launch center near a sea because they wanted to let the thrusters fall down to the sea rather than ground, so that no civilization on the ground would be risked. That is good question, the center of the world equator is to far from us. So maybe they thought doesn't matter if we build to the north. We are far beyond the equator, so we can not take that advantage. The earths rotation help the rocket engine to speed up and use less feul. If thats what you mean with south.
I am not in love with Pantsir...
I like their idea to attach missiles and AD gun at same system

AFAIK, it has ~4-5 km effective range. We can apply this configuration for Korkut after we produce our own Manpad system. Already we use stingers on Atılgan and Zipkin platforms. Btw what is the maxium range of Korkut ? somehow can it shoot down air plaforms from 8 km ? 35 mm ammunitions can be reach more than 10 km, right ?

That seems rather small, I guess it will mostly be used against helicopters, UAVs and CAS aircrafts.
Never the less, it is a step in the right direction for the Turkish military industry, Rocketsan has some rather impressive missile systems and I think them and Aselsan could easily produce a missile based anti air system.
I think it quite ok with 35m special ammunition..If you also consider stinger missile range which is 8km , I think Korkut range is ok.That seems rather small, I guess it will mostly be used against helicopters, UAVs and CAS aircrafts.
