BJP is practically not interested in going for maximum penetration in Bengal, otherwise they would have shown some real intention, starting with removing Rahul Sinha. But then, they barely had any leader to show. In fact a newbie like Rupa Ganguly showed some fire, but then she was sidelined.

Saddest part is that not a single political party is talking about development in Bengal, we need a new political force that can change the situation, but there is none.

I thought they are going to field Ganguly, he could be a force to reckon with. Babul Supriyo also was a fresh face. Basically BJP squandered a good opportunity when they tried to ace trinomool in their own game which is gunda gardi, instead of focusing on development and jobs which should be their core issue in Bengal.

Are you in Kolkata these days? What I hear from relatives that situation has even worsened! I'd probably welcome a return of commies although mamata seems to set for another win.
