He is not the only one. All candidates run unopposed in Democratic People's Republic of Korea. People just have to vote yes or no. Yet they are so enthusiastic that every election scores close to 100% voter turnout. Not only that nearly everyone gets 100% yes votes. Otherwise camp 21 awaits you.
