sure, she could have been more diplomatic is condemning what happened, but then those who hacked that shopkeeper/tailor? could also have used legal means against the guy. There is a law here which doesn't allow anyone to cross certain boundaries when it comes to insulting religion.

Besides, blue star was the only way, what government would allow terrorists to lay siege to an important place of worship, or any place ?

It's like you go out in the morning facing polluted air that burns your throat, stand in line burning fuel for hours for your Tim Hortons and must navigate through Indian diaspora who are busy fighting each other, protesting, holding processions on minority abuse and arguing that India is the best.
