KGB - Architect Behind Bangladesh?

So, is there any possibility that Bangladesh can now again become a part of Pakistan along with Kashmir...

@Nishan_101, possibility or not it's actually not desired. Pakistan has been a loose and mismanaged federation since its inception which offered up a lot of room for exploitation by outside powers, in this case the former USSR to expand its influence in the region. Now despite possessing nukes, Pakistan appears to be a weaker federation not in control of it's fate. The internal ideological conflicts are being flared as an answer to state's conventional and specifically non-conventional arsenal by utilizing and creating invisible and confusing enemies (TTP et. al).

The mutual distrust between West Pakistan and Bengalis plus shortage of resources to govern both wings of Pakistan was an ill-conceived plan to begin with. This is a separate discussion in itself for later.

The biased history that is narrated to Indians and Pakistanis both promotes jingoistic fervor on either side to keep them on the war footing. It appears that both the countries are pawns in a bigger scheme of things and their policies are influenced by foreign think tanks as is evident by what Mr. Bezmenov is discussing.

As for US not helpful during 1971 uprising in East Pakistan was because it was already embroiled in Vietnam War against the communist allies and was at the verge of defeat. They had no appetite for a new front against USSR's designs in Bangladesh, hence the help never arrived. Of course there is more to this but this will do for now.

:cry::cry: noooo all these years I have thought it was work of our RAWAMI mind. I m sad now. :suicide:
