This is extremely stupid to make fun of a fallen person even if he was your enemy but what was done to him is also stupid. And some posters want him to be jailed for what he said. So much for tolerance, so much for freedom of speech.

I doubt he can be jailed for what he said. It was in just really bad taste though and the govt will pretend to do something to diffuse this. Please note he is a muslim and preventing bad blood and friction between hindus and muslims makes our govt do stuff that does not make sense without context.

I think this is based on a complaint filed by a news paper (Madhyamam) The news paper is a mouth piece of Jamaat e Islami (we all know what they are), This moron posted his comments as an employee of this news paper, Infact this guy works in a ration shop......Not only this post, he also believed to have made a post supporting is is

A newspaper filed a complaint on him because he was posting as an employee of the news paper,is that a valid enough reason for him to be arrested,bad part is once you are cought for something all the bad things you did before comeup and this guys seems to have posted supporting ISIS.

The accused Anwar Sadhiq, 24, native of Kodur near Malappuram town was arrested by a police team led by Assitant commissioner of police, Kozhikode, Josy Cheriyan, on Tuesday morning. Police charged Sadhiq with section 124-A (Whoever, by words, either spoken or written, or by signs, or by visible representation, or otherwise, brings or attempts to bring into hatred or contempt, or excites or attempts to excite disaffection towards government).
