I talked to a fren who is preparing for civil services.He told me that there would be just one subject related to defence strategies.And he said you should look into the syllabus of UPSC.

The reason behind that post was based on a comment made by Balaksrishna pillai...... In which he said - " Ella kuzhappangalilum nair pennungalu anu varunanthu ennu" , during that period there were 3 live issues running including saritha, one was into some engineering admission scam, the other i dont remmber.....But you are right, in all these scams we mallus are secular, Even in saritha issue, the man got screwed was Abdulla kutty
