How does it matter if it is for an established plant or a new plant ? They don't share much, other than location and few administrative/support infra.

And how much do you think land acquisition would cost ? how much land do you think a NPP would need ?

Obviously you know little about the infra and project management thats required to build a new plant versus adding reactors to an established one. First try to do a bit of research before you start to spew the usual bribble.

Try planing the construction of a critical nuclear plant on soft alluvial soil with shifting sedimentary river banks.

Above is a train for Hanzomon Line. This one is destined for Chuo Rinkan Station, as written at top right. It is always a semi-express train. 80's or what the quality is always best for that time. Yes, the seating arrangement is good for long or medium distance trains. Indian trains are generally good only with a few flaws. But, I asked you if these are built in India or are imported. To me, even a shoddy product built locally is priceless.

Sure, they are not like MRT seats in Bangkok & Shanghai too. And several other metro rails everywhere in the world which uses same seats as HyundaiBeml/Alstom/Bombardier/ Siemens/CNR rolling stock used in India.

Three manufacturers build metro rolling stock here in India to global standards. Bombardier has started exports as well.

You are not a producer nation, never will be....fundamentally why Dhaka will stay in the 0 - 5% percentile of liveable cities, with or without a metro system and other exhorbitant bandaid measures (because they simply do not strive for long term economies of scale neither do they fundamentally address the underlying problem of a disgusting blistering craphole that is Dhaka).

even the trains that Indian facilities designed and built completely match the best in the world in their class. those that build for Indian rail are ones like Bombardier, again top class in the world. You should probably talk less.
