Maybe brother you don't have much knowledge about kashmir then.I don't mean there are not sufis elsewhere.But kashmir is a melting pot of all the four sufi offshoots.A new sufi offshoot namely rishism(not to be confused with hindu rishism) emanated from kashmir.
i dont think u know what sufism means. kashmir, of course, is home to Qadiri, Naqshbandi, Chishti, and Suhrawardi Sufis, but Sufism has hundreds of more tariqas [ if that is what you mean by offshoots ]
if rishism is a valid tariqa, then it will be accepted by Shari'at. If not, then it is of no concern or consequence.
