Actually,India can balkanize and disarm Pakistan covertly. India just needs to provide nuclear briefcases to TTP ,BLA and get them to detonate in Karachi or Lahore or Islamabad.The narrative that Pakistan's nukes are unsafe and under terrorist control will spread in the Western media and the West will demand attacks on Pakistani military and terrorists.
