3. Investment in infrastructure.
4. Improving security situation would give a jump start to industry.
5. Young and productive population
6. Continued Aid/investment from IMF, WB and incoming aid from AIIB

Well whether situation in Pakistan improves or deteriorates only time will tell. As for your points mentioned above sorry but security situation in Pakistan is not going to improve in a jiffy and if it does India should play its part

Mediator is needed when India is ready to negotiate...If India is ready to negotiate, then India should ask Pakistan and China to vacate part of Kashmir that is occupied by them and then talk directly to the people of Kashmir...Make a vote, do not create a new country rather they should choose India or Pakistan only...
