Kashmir is not India’s internal matter: Pakistan

He is right. This is what the Shimla agreement says,

If you try to scrap this agreement, then remember India might use that as an excuse to terminate others like the Indus water treaty.

Kashmir is an old dispute. The case went to UN well before Pakistan's independence.

In diplomatic level, Pakistan has been consistent. We say its a disputed territory because the land is now divided and Kashmiri population lives on both sides. Unlike India, Pakistan has a stronger position when it says there should be a referendum.

The Indus Water Treaty was our fault. Corrupt politicians and bureaucrats didn't study the case and they ran away to foreign countries.

You will find it impossible to convince the Indians. :haha::haha:

This will be the reply to lungi dancer trolls.

And neither is Pakistan's business Pak's internal one since it was part of India not long ago!! -:)

As they say "those who live in glass houses should not throw stones at others." Pakistanis have a penchant for doing so and the result? They are half of what they started out with in 1947 -:(

Good point. At least Pakistan has started talking sense.

We knew from beginning India is a dishonest country. Pakistan changed its stance in the last couple of years on Kashmir to appease India and to bring about change in its attitude. It did not work.

If Pakistan wants to survive, it must re introduce insurgency in Kashmir too. Without Kashmir out of India's hands, Pakistan is incomplete and will totally run dry in the next couple of years.

If you think it is a Pakistani mistake to have IWT you are free to abrogate it even legally. India will be glad to then do WHATEVER it wants. As they say "if you have them by the b*lls, you will get their attention." -:)

What an irony, since partition instead of becoming more complete you actually went in the OPPOSITE direction ala 1971! If history is any guide Pak is headed for another split -:(

I have no authority so it doesn't matter what i say . :)

Just so you know, the world isn't always true to every policies. One day you'll have to face a harsh reality and that something could perhaps be Kashmir. If that goes down, the water will be loose free :)

the workd is full of lies. Right now, its lies that prevail over real truth.

Lies justifying occupation of Palestine & Kashmir. The biggest lie of our time is this war on terror.

Truth always prevail and its victory is always long standing one. In this case too, truth will prevail and these gods of imperialism will be smashed forever.

War is only the way this issue gonna be resolved. It sounds harsh but that's the truth.
No master America or deeper than ocean friend China can do jack shit about it.
What type of war can be argued upon.

You have a right to delusions -:)

It seems you are becoming more and more Bharti everyday.

Shimla agreement or whatever, India DOES NOT consider Kashmir a dispute anymore. They are the ones who don't commit so whats the point rubbing the same sh!t in every thread ? We have been forced to either shut up or look for alternative ways.

As long the Simla Agreement exists, it is binding on both India and Pakistan equally, whether it is regarded as sh1t or not is totally besides the point.

And if they fail to resolve their disputes bilaterally , Don`t you think that seeking a third party intervention (to avoid a future full scale war ,most probably a nuclear one) , is a rational approach indeed ??

You are correct that seeking third party intervention is a possible avenue for resolution, but per the Simla Agreement, it can happen only if BOTH Pakistan and India agree to such a measure. Demanding it single-handedly by either side is simply not going to work.

No. If I demand that I want to marry your wife and call it a dispute and until resolved to my satisfaction I will continue to wage holy war, .... Well you get the drift.

In fact of you want to avoid nuclear war all we have to do is defang pak's nuclear machine that it keeps threatening the world with by calling Kashmir a nuclear flashpoint. Perhaps Baluch should call their province a nuclear flash point -:)

Well said. Nuclear arms in pak's hands are like those in the hands of a monkey ( sorry monkey for insulting you!)
