What is happening to Kashmir can very well happen to other Indian states, and has happened to other Indian states. The only time that the IAF attacked Indian citizens was not in Kashmir (unless it is interpreted with some sophistry). This sort of confused, reactive approach is petrol poured into a fire.

Someone has to put sense into your Prime Minister that stirring the baluchistan issue is one of the biggest mistake he will ever make. Comprehensive shift in policy. Had been posting and predicting this. The issue is not about Kashmir alone, it is about Pakistan itself. There is a convergence of interest between Iran-India-Afghanistan-US regarding Pakistan, all for own reasons.

China will be under pressure on its own front. Russia will not bail out either. Ukraine is the leverage. Also Russia is weary of Islamic fundamentalism in its chechen republic.

India is basically shooting itself in foot, kashmir is an internationally disputed territory, whereas Balochistan is not a disputed territory, I have been to azad kashmir so many times, not seen any protests, at least they don't get blinded with pellets like in Iok.
