Solution is to increase 'offensive' posture. Pakistan needs to invest in High Velocity Delivery Vehicles i.e the Chinese Falcon. We can develop a similar system as a joint venture with China.

The capability of Eradicating India from the map is our best defense. We must take the deployment of BMD as a 2nd priority over the long term. Offensive capability comes first!
