Karim Dedicates victory over Singh to Kashmir

.

I'm just being mischievous. Don't know what's happening to me. Maybe I need to go back to sleep for another four hours.

What people don't realise is that the 'State' of Jammu and Kashmir was built up piece at a time by a ruthlessly ambitious family. They got the full backing of the British for a while, but then the Indian administration displaced them on the Gilgit territory due to their fears of the great Russian bear. Once their military domination was removed, and once Mirpuris (the Sudans, in particular) joined the British Indian army in large numbers, there was no way that the state would stand the pressures of partition.

I wish I could put up a document, a Powerpoint presentation I made for some local people who had bizarre ideas about Kashmir.

Yep it was this massive employment in British Army and contacts with North Punjab that aided us in southern districts to hit back at the dogras hard northern districts required more help from outsiders
It was an un natural country where the ruler discriminated against the majority to please a minority and commited crimes against humanity in the process

I know some will disagree but keep politics out of this.

:lol: GB is part of Kashmir. I am surprised that you people talk so much about Kashmir and don't know what makes up Kashmir.

Gilgit Baltistan was always independent from Kashmir; it was forcefully annexed and faced oppression (such as large scale massacres) in the early stages of occupation. In 1947 GB militias refused to serve the current state when Pakistan was created and with immense local support they declared rebellion followed by independance and liberated what we now know as Gilgit Baltistan.

They've always been a separate people with different ethnicity, languages, culture, history and heritage.

Learn your history my friend.

@Zibago

Brother, since you chose to make a sports thread political, hear this brother.

Us holding Kashmir, owning Kashmir, controlling Kashmir, and all that is Kashmiri within, is the biggest non stop 24x7 trolling on an international stage that ever happened.

You need to reconcile yourself to it. Because it's never going to stop.
