Yes. PPP is supported by regional and international powers. Also it creates more ample environment for war with India by oppressing Pakistanis so much that they just take on India.

Hona kuchh nahi hai.. because the people who overwhelm them get nothing in return. It's not just Karachi my friend.. Karachi has a voice on forums that's why you are hearing all this noise. You haven't seen Mirpurkhas, Tando Jam, Tando Adam, Tando Ilahyar. Forget about Hyderabad for a moment.

PPP wins from most of these towns but gives nothing in return. The condition of the people living in interior is such that Karachi walay will forget their miseries.

Bro though I didn't vote but I am surprised to see that none of you actually understand the problem of Karachi. My post is directed to underlying cause of problems in Karachi.
Mustafa Kamal era was before 18 amendment where federal can directly support a city bypassing province and was much more financially autonomous. You don't need to vote for PPP to see their performance they already are in power in Sindh for the last 12 years and get almost a trillion rupee out of which at least 300 billion is Karachi share by population. What you will be doing is actually further deeping the roots of problem in Karachi. Karachi still is a better place because we never let PPP get hold of it entirely, you have a superficial view of how they run the government in the rest of Sindh and have no idea of the extreme circumstances and the conditions people go through, you will forget the sector offices or bhatta in Karachi. Interior Sindh consider Karachi a paradise as compared to their condition, keep in mind PPP has no opposition what so ever and have no justification, they enjoy complete dominance. The only thing that will happen is whatever 10% to 20% urban Urdu speaking population you see will disappear, there will be an ethnic cleansing of native Karachi people in all administration in Sindh.


The problem to Karachi is that no funds ever reach Karachi. See for yourself how much funds has been allocated to Karachi in provincial budget. The only solution to Karachi problem is either administrative and financial independence from Sindh or change of government in Sindh. If the actual funds of PDSP are truly spent in Karachi it will transform.

As far as PSP is concerned they will have the same legit grievances as Waseem Akhtar. You will be having the same conversation here. There is no workaround to this problem.

AS I SAID EARLIER IT IS BY DESIGN AND BY LAW ( 18 amendment) educated and progressive Karachi was subdued to Sindhi feudals.

Karachi people still on average live with commodities worth migrating from other parts of the country.

The only solution is for karachite to take things in their hand and stop paying taxes to Sindh and central government. No money goes out of Karachi and everything earn here, is spend here. Hell, even international airlines don't come to Karachi anymore.
