K-4 submarine-launched ballistic missile test on January 31

We have more to loose and more to fire, I have no idea how you have been countering India all these years.

The time you are talking is close to 5 mins is ok to track the incoming missiles and minimise the threat.

BS, India will field MIRVs soon in A6 & K5. Its just that DRDO is taking a longer but stable route, which will be better for India in the long term. For example, in the beginning India only had Scout derived PSLV derived A1/A2. Then keeping in mind future requirements, 2m diameter A3 was developed. Composites and a 3rd stage led to A5, albeit still with a unitary warhead. Now India will finally attempt to deploy MIRVs on A6.

Defence? You mean the experimental PAD/AAD/PDV? They are mere technological demonstrators, yet to be proven against formidable systems (e.g. separating RV from A1/A2) and to be deployed in any form. The real threat to Pakistani missiles is from the S-400's terminal ABM capabilities.

Pakistan was working on MIRVs since the induction of Shaheen-II, not only for the potential future BMD environment, but also as a massive first strike option. Indian radars can track all they want, the problem is that boost phase + MIRV deployment time takes less than 5 minutes. Besides, by the time boost phase finishes, the vehicle is out of the atmosphere, where no present or proposed Indian ABM can reach. Presently, the only window for interception is in the terminal phase (at an altitude of 120km for PDV, 30km for S-400). And do I need to mention the decoys (balloon/chaff) or even the confusing radar signature of the last stage/TCS/PBV?

You may not want to admit it (which is fine by us), but the bottom-line is that Pakistan has once again countered Indian threats (in a potential BMD environment) at a FRACTION of the cost, thus increasing the region's stability. Sure it will take a few years for it to be deployed, but the test-phase has begun.

Indian missile and submarines are so secret that in case of war news anchor will say we just destroyed Lahore ,Islamabad and Karachi and the gullible Indian will believe it like they believe in Sir G Kal strike [emoji44]

Err, I was referring to the damage Pakistan can do for the foreseeable future. Of course Pakistan has a lot to lose here in case things go south, but it doesn't matters as far as deterrence is concerned. In the words of French President de Gaulle:

"Within ten years, we shall have the means to kill 80 million Russians. I truly believe that one does not light-heartedly attack people who are able to kill 80 million Russians, even if one can kill 800 million French, that is if there were 800 million French."

The time you are talking is close to 5 mins is ok to track the incoming missiles and minimise the threat.
As I said, the radars can detect and track all they want, interception is another story.

How do you see your BMD against mirv missiles such as Ababeel?
See below.

What is stopping US from mounting a few nukes on our PSLV (3800Kg LEO). That's how world had first witnessed MIRV. And I sure you are well aware of our satellite injection cabilities. We will shortly launch 100 small sats in one go. Definitely can handle couple of nuke. And we will not bother with any counter measure. :-)

Ok let me just remind the you before you discount PAD/AAD/PDV Abdeele is not a very well tested system, neither are we sure about its MIRV ability. All we have is a launch video of a missile with three stages and an oversized warhead. And its on record of you yourself stating that no MIRV was tested this time and 100% success rate too is for domestic consumption.

Coming back to PAD/AAD/PDV, they have been tested painstakinly for many years now. And there exist no smoke over its capability, results are out in public. Those are way more credible systems nearing to actual deployment than a one shot wonder (that too unproven "wonder")

but the bottom-line is that Pakistan has once again countered Indian threats (in a potential BMD environment)
So a video and an press release is all it takes right? Then I suppose we need an ISPR press release along with Star War series and we can say for sure that extraterestial life exist. Who cares for other evidence.

I didn't mean that India doesn't have the technology. I've been saying before, multiple sats and MIRVs are two sides of the same coin. Both are independent of each other, though if one capability is attained, the second is much easier to attain.

Never said Ababeel was anywhere near ready, nor did I ever claim 100% success rate. But it is MIRV capable, and in the coming years this will be demonstrated.

The tests were done against a 9 meter long, 1 meter thick, uni-body modified Prithvi missile with enormous delta wings..in a fully controlled and simulated environment. Compare that to the separable A4/A5 RV (similar in size/shape to Shaheen-1A/3/Ababeel RVs), and tell me how credible your BMD would be against such targets. DRDO stated that the systems were ready for deployment in Delhi and Mumbai in 2014, but they no where to be seen. And I'm not the only one questioning the credibility, officials from both the Indian military and the government have concerns regarding DRDO's claims.

So a video and an press release is all it takes right? Then I suppose we need an ISPR press release along with Star War series and we can say for sure that extraterestial life exist. Who cares for other evidence.
If you want to dig your head in the sand like an ostrich, it is fine by us. The message has been conveyed to the Indian military, sadly Pakistan doesn't needs to 'prove' anything to keyboard warriors.
