perhaps it would be better to re-equip the Pakistani police and assist them with a better investigation unit (in This case, one that can check cell phone tower records and near by CCTV footage to try to figure out who did it)

I know where it is coming from this is entirely political chess moves but very amaturish easy to see because it has ulterior motive to force something here it is someone who thinks it has the wit in out-cunning Pakistan but they will be vastly disappointed.
