Suppose Kashmir didnt exist on the map of the world and there was a normal border between india and pakistan, what would have the lives of hundreds of millions of ordinary pakistanis and indians been? i believe kashmir with its beauties have become a curse for these 2 rather than a blessing.

It would have been a pleasant environment. Kashmir consumes most of Military Planning and diplomatic engagements and economic resources thus if issue didnt existed than Pakistan and India would have been great Partners As the rest of the disputes can easily be solved..!

Pakistan would have replaced South Korea,Thiland or Indonesia as one of the Asian Economic Tigers..!

We divided subcontinent through political means whereas Indians divided Pakistan through Terrorism so it gives a reason to hate Indian terrorism

Indians commonly rant about "partion of India" as if south asia was their jagir (estate) and goras (english) came from no where and sliced it like a cake. India is not willing to accecpt anything short of full domination and is precursor to their disputes in entire south asia with Pak, Sri Lanka, Maldives and even Bengladesh whose brith is the brainchild of Indian army.

India and Pakistan have very distinctive culture from the roots itself and I dont understand how could these two nations survive together if partition was not made. India tries by everymeans, even propoganda to show that India and Pakistan were one piece once upon a time and they both have the same culture which definately is NOT the truth.
