a dictator has two choices:
- leaving the country
- stay in the country
strangely the hardest ones stay and die. Like Gaddafi.

It is not matter of only him but for all people remaining. I think it is not because you 're going to die that you can decide the worst decisions and it is not easy to organize in the last moments too such bombings. i guess.
