Occupation happens with force!! Occupied is the area of Kashmir where you see uniformed army (and that too more than 600k) controlling and masses with force. Occupied is the area of Kashmir where you see youngsters giving their lives fighting for freedom.
The Kashmir in Pakistan is peacefully run by an elected government like any normal place on the world. Hence proven Occupied Kashmir is the part of Kashmir which India has occupied against the wish of more than 90% people living there.

Balochistan itself wasn't a "state"... It was made up of several confederacies ! All states had merged with Pakistan apart fom Khanate of Kalate.. The Khan of Kalat himself ceeded with Pakistan! It was his younger brother who started militancy (due to greed or lust for power)... And later surrendered in the early 50s!


These Indians are pathetic to say the least!

Hyderabadi nizam supported Pakistan and ur to geographical constraints wanted atleast !! Independence... But the Indians launched military action and committed worst attrocities including mass killings and rapes ... (I can provide source if anybody wishes to see).

Indeed IOK is a disputed territory and the rest is Azad (Independent) Kashmir. Pakistan will keep supporting Kashmir cause and acknowledgment by US is another authenticity of this cause being rightly done.

It is not US, but India that has to say Kashmir is disputed, which India denies. Now I don't think US has the power to influence India on Kashmir.

I do not think this as a very significant point....almost every joint statement between pak and India would have the above sentence........ But then if someone feels this as a diplomatic victory, then wish you many more similar ones.....

It has been a long time in the world anyone calling Kashmir a dispute. Kashmir is dead.

and Pakistan doesn't need India to say it disputed or not but indeed the purpose of it to be declared disputed by the world and the same is served or started to be. Rest about influence, I do not understand that even speaking about right thing becomes the influencing element on India.
