because as we can see that in Pakistan occupied Kashmir people can choose their government but that government has no right ... they cant do any think by their own .... is this wrong ????

on other hand people in J&K choose their government ...

Holding elections is not the same as a plebiscite to allow the people of Kashmir to determine which country they wish to be a part of, as called for in the rules of partition and the UNSC resolutions.

I really pissed of on indian government that why they dont claim for Pakistan occupied kashmir ... this the only solution to show reality to pakistan .... when pakistan demand kashmir india has to demand pakistan occupied kashmir

Dude don't waste your time by joining these petty organizations (You will waste your life).You dont have to be a mujahideen to serve for Kashmir.Join Pakistan Army, Navy or Air Force *become a real soldier! and defend Pakistan (After all, Azad KAshmir is also in Pakistan).

Officially India does claim all of J&K, but the fact is that if India does launch an international campaign to claim PaK, then Pakistan's stand of plebiscite wins, since that is the means of dispute resolution endorsed by the UNSC and accepted by all concerned parties, as well as required under the rules of partition.

That is why India wants to settle with the LoC = IB.

It's not the right time, we need to focus on resolving the Kashmir issue not protracting it.

Settlement along the LOC is the only path.

But , if the issue goes unsettled , it will become exceedingly difficult for Pakistan to maintain it's position in negotiations and easier for India to push it agenda.

It's just how it is , the longer time goes by the more likely an LOC solution is reached , or perhaps even better.

But then again the longer it goes on the more dis-rupture it is for India.

Let me be honest with you however , the Central government is not very popular in Kashmir right now , in many ways the rest of the nation has let down Kashimir. Mistakes were made specifically in the 80's , We diverted our attention too much at the borders and not enough in the administration.

Due to the insurgency Kashmir has been slow to receive the economic progress that is sweeping the nation. The faster the situation in Kashmir can stabilise the better it will be for our fellow Indian's in the region.

And if we truly want to correct out past mistakes , we need to make them the top priority and address their needs.

Best thing is to work hard at school, bring awareness to the sufferings and continued Indian occupation of Kashmir at your school, university, local news, with your family and friends, become organized.

Do well in school, ear a good living, and stay true to your principal in our heart. Also, you can come and do relief work in the many refugee camps set up in Azad (Free) Kashmir in Pakistan, where many refugees from Indian occupied Kashmir have and continue to flee to.

I personally worked in a women's shelter, hearing horrible stories of abuse and attrocities committed by the indians in their quest to subjugate and silence the Kashmiri people, but fortunately, the Kashmiri people and Pakistani people are resilient and will never let down.

Also, you can donate to the said relief agencies and many others that operate in Pakistan. And if all your academic and family obligations have been met, and you want first hand contact, I'd recommend you join the Pakistani army as well.

The suffering of Kashmir and the Liberation of Kashmir is always in our minds and in our hearts! No peace and no compromise until Kashmir is liberated and free of indian tyranny.

the thirst for the innocent non-believer who don't know that being a non-believer warrants your throat cut off barbarically the way it was in 7th century by the nomadic animal like people.
now we have the mobots who are convinced to such an extent that their peanut brains cannot overcome the brainwashing.
in the name of "liberating" muslim territory these brainless mobots are putting those "muslim" states to the same scenario.
