My understanding is that a new conventional submarine is about to be launched at JNS。

Haven't heard anything about JNS becoming China's 2nd nuclear boat maker。

JNS certainly has everything it takes to be Huludao 2 though。

Not a lot of other things to learn from, maybe an icebreaker or two?
