Nice looking plane did not knew chinese friend had this in inventory nice twin engine plane looking good .... and twin seater

Plane state its not idea for air vs air missions but , with little back up from JF17 thunder and this plane's anti ship capabilities its a great plane

Perhaps could use a upgrade in avionics

The plane looks great from above view and back side double engines
Why would it be hard to convert such a capable plane form just ground missions based fighter to also being able to carry some Air-Air weapons on board

It can already be equipped with SRAAMs.

It is built for long range and heavy weapon load, not for agility. Attacking crafts have heavy armor against AA guns. With that said, it is capable of firing AA missiles as well so it is not complete defenseless.

it seems Taihang's quality control no longer to be a problem.
