Every jf17 froum or thread has different answers etc, even here some of the answers are conflicting.

At present moment pakistan should only concentrate on jf17 being able to take care of indias mig29 and other fighters such as su27 and bisons etc.

As far as su30 is concerned pakistan should concentrate on fc-20 and f-16s to counter the threat of su30.

Pakistan needs to have a large sam sysytem to help support the paf in its defensive role.

My question is that with Chinese avionics and radar on current jf17, can it take care of mig 29 without help of awacs etc.

It all depends upon situation. if JF17 Faces mig29 in Pakistani Airspace then it is guided by ground radars and have advantageous position over MIG29 and vice versa
