Just watch the cringe worthy and half hearted performance of sherdils. Did pretty average and basic stuff. It was feeling that they are just their for the sake of being there . Compare to their UAE counterparts who pulled some amazing stunts and then Saudis came second best. JF-17 maneuvers also seemed half hearted

sherdils should be strictly forbidden to perform in international air show. they are no comparison to any other aerobatic team. now we know that it is not a full time team but foreigners at air show want to see some spectacular show and they expect stuff like thunderbirds, red arrows etc . i have been watching sherdils since 1987 and they perform the same basic maneuvers and the pattern is same. they have added two more jets in the last 5 yrs or so but even today many times when the jets perform the barrel roll most of the time the last 3 of the formation get separated from the front three. PAF should buy some new smoke guns at least. as far as JF is concerned there is slight improvement in the recent air shows .a fairly good air craft with a fairly good performance. overall in my opinion the best ever performance at the air show by any pak jet was that of the F-16 at turkish air show.

And YET, JF17 is inferior to Tejas because it didnt show up on "inaugural" and 1st birthday party of Tejas at super duper Bahrian Air show.

Slow Speed Pass is a must for every plane to demonstrate during aerobatics...!

I guess my whole argument or point I was trying to convey just went above your head.

Did PAF posted the itinerary of JF-17, made some professional videos and released it to general public before going over to qatar or bahrain or did they announced from their end that they are going Marrakesh next month ? ? Did PAF officially denied Bahrain airshow entry or why the marketing team didn't coordinated with Bahrain airshow organizers in professional manner ?

every sane aircraft manufacturer planes ahead and tell everyone through their official websites. Look at Eurofighter website. There is a news ticker being displayed of March 10. Eurofighter debuted first time in Red flag exercises. They post complete itinerary of What and when Euro-fighter going to do. Similar things are done regularly by SAAB gripen and Dassault Rafael. Heck Even Indian LCA does that.

When was the last time JF-17 stats and news got updated on the website ? More than a year has passed for that as well.



And btw if you still hasnt got my point. This is how professionals promote or project their military projects and then release them official for geneal populace.

Not Like PAF marketing team where JF-17 promo video was made for Journalists were only released through Usman Shabbir of PAKDEF. If he hadnt we would not have seen that footage either

we must give credit to King salman, that at least he able to gather the armies of 20 Muslim countries on single page.
